Meet Daleen
I am entering a new chapter—focused on meaningful work, conscious contribution, and using my strengths where they matter most. After decades of experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings, I continue to evolve with purpose and curiosity.
Over the course of my career, I have worked in customer-facing roles, led teams, built a successful real estate business, and earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in my 40s. I have managed national retail accounts, facilitated cross-functional projects, and contributed to company growth through clear communication, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships.
For five years, I worked in the banking industry with Bank of the West (now BMO), where I served as a Business Analyst in Risk Management. During that time, I gained hands-on experience in reporting, data mining, and board-level communication. While it was a shift from my previous work, it expanded my analytical skills and gave me a deeper understanding of business systems and decision-making at an institutional level.

My professional foundation began early at the young age of 15, I worked in my father’s contracting office doing payroll and administrative work, while at the same time supported my aunt’s dry-cleaning business—handling calls, organizing tasks, and learning how much I enjoy streamlining systems. I have carried that same love for order, simplicity, and getting things done into every role since.
I take pride in bringing calm, insight, and clarity to the teams and people I work with. Whether as a contributor, trainer, or leader, I value working efficiently, thinking strategically, and simplifying what’s often made too complicated.
Outside of work, I follow a whole food, plant-based lifestyle and prioritize wellness in all areas of my life. I love to cook, create, and care for the things—and people—I love. I find joy in gardening, crocheting, and creating beauty and balance in everyday routines.
I may not know exactly where this next chapter is leading, but I trust the process. What I do know is this: I bring years of experience, a grounded presence, and a genuine desire to do work that matters—to people, to the planet, and to the future we are all creating.
